We are an all-female team specialising in premium coats and plaster restoration for homes across the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Northern NSW.

OUR STORY

At She Paints, we believe that a premium finish requires more than just a brush.

After relocating from France to Australia, co-founder Jo noticed a gap between the artisan craftsmanship she was trained in and the "speed-first" standards often found on local sites. Equally, co-founder Gina saw a need for greater transparency after seeing five-figure projects delivered with vague invoices and poor communication.

As a result, we founded She Paints in 2026 — a proud team of professional female tradies built on a more considered approach to the trade.

We prioritise cleanliness, clear communication, and a "restoration-first" mindset. Our focus is on the preparation phase, ensuring every surface is properly refined before the first coat of paint is applied.

And of course, we do it all with a feminine touch.

Our technical lead, Jo, brings over 13 years of professional experience across France and Australia. She is a specialist in Painting and Plastering, allowing her to see beyond the surface.

Whether it’s a structural plaster repair or a fine-art finish, we aim to provide a first class service for clients who value their property as much as we value our craft.

  • Every project is unique, so we provide custom quotes following a complimentary on-site consultation.

    Rather than a generic estimate, we provide a clear, comprehensive project fee based on the square meterage and the specific requirements of your space.

    This all-inclusive approach ensures there are no hidden surprises - just a straightforward investment for a meticulous finish.

  • We proudly service the coastal and hinterland regions from Coomera, QLD in the north down to Cabarita, NSW in the south.

  • We accept most forms of payment including Bank Transfer, PayID and Credit card payments.

    For your convenience, we carry a mobile POS terminal for Credit Card payments so you can pay directly upon job completion.

    Please note, to secure your place in our schedule, a 10% deposit is required at confirmation of booking. For smaller projects, the remaining balance is due upon the completion of the work. For larger-scale projects, we utilise a progress-based payment schedule as detailed in your invoice.

  • Yes. One of our primary advantages is that Jo is trained in both Painting and Plastering. We handle the "invisible" repairs ourselves - restoring your surfaces to a smooth finish before painting. This means you don't need to coordinate multiple trades for minor damage or settling cracks.

  • We treat your home with the same care we treat our own. We use high-quality drop sheets, precision masking, and dust-extraction tools when required to ensure your furniture and floors are protected. Our goal is to leave your space looking refreshed—never like a construction site.

  • Yes. She Paints is a registered Australian partnership and we carry comprehensive Public Liability Insurance up to $20M. Jo is fully qualified with a Certificate III in Painting and Decorating as well as a French Diplome in Plastering and Building Maintenance. We trade under QBCC license number 15588815.
